Mid North High Rainfall Zone
The Mid North High Rainfall Zone (MNHRZ) is a farming group that initiate and direct cutting edge research into broadacre farming and grazing practices, aiming to improve environmental sustainability, productivity and profitability in higher rainfall environments.
As a group the MNHRZ runs trial sites at Giles Corner and Farrell Flat, which are both utilised by its collaborators and for its own research.
Three main field days are hosted each year:
- Autumn Update in March
- Winter Walk in July
- Spring Field Day in September
