The EPARF Board is made up of elected members from the Eyre Peninsula farming community, SARDI, University of Adelaide, NRM, LEADA and special skills experience representatives. EPARF objectives reflect other groups like Ag Excellence Alliance in building strength and sustainability of grower groups and industry through collaboration to provide a positive link between scientists, farmers and stakeholders.

EPARF sees it has a responsibility in agricultural education and in assisting with the next generation of researchers and support staff. Engagement with the farming community is highlighted through an annual members’ field day designed to deliver information, training and promote adoption. A variety of topics have been delivered for members including Herbicide Activity Diagnostics, Nutrition, Better Breeding Varieties, Grain & Graze, Sowing Systems, Cereal Disease, Flexible Farming, Cereal Growth Stages and Getting the Most From Spray Technology.
