Women Together Learning
WoTL’s vision is to have a thriving agricultural industry that recognizes the influential contribution of women.
WoTL works to achieve this by igniting ideas and opportunities to bring the best out in women in agriculture. By listening then responding, WoTL delivers relevant professional development, workshops, and networking events. WoTL creates safe environments that support openness and curiosity. Across South Australia, the WoTL Ambassador network ensure professional development is targeted to the needs of women in each community.
WoTL also hosts the phenomenally successful biennial Thriving Women’s Conference. The conference attracts up to 200 women from across Australia for two days of high quality keynote speakers, panels, workshops and networking.
WoTL is genuine in who they are and in their relationships. Each year WoTL partners with a range of sponsors, funding bodies and various levels of government on projects and programs to support women in agriculture to thrive. Collaborating with organizations with similar values allow WoTL to extend its positive collective impact.
As a not-for-profit WoTL is led by a volunteer skills-based board consisting of six passionate and committed Directors.
