Primary Industries and Regions South Australia has released its first Carbon Farming Roadmap for South Australia for 2022-2026. Carbon farming and the broader carbon market present exciting and critically important steps in our efforts to adapt to a changing climate and transition to an economy that is climate smart and resilient.
Read MoreFollowing its launch on 30 June 2021, the SA Drought Hub rapidly established itself as a focal point in efforts to strengthen the drought resilience and preparedness of farms and regional communities in South Australia. In its first year, the Hub established six nodes, commenced 18 projects and 28 demonstration sites, and held 32 training and learning events. In doing so, it engaged almost 50 partner organisations and more than 500 individuals.
