MacKillop Farm Management Group (MFMG) is inviting Expressions of Interest for an engaging and motivated Project Officer – Agricultural Research & Extension to join its team.

MFMG is a member-based organisation representing around 400 cropping and livestock farmers, sponsors, agribusinesses and industry representatives. For 28 years, the group has collaborated to deliver agricultural research and support its adoption across the Limestone Coast, western Victoria and beyond.

About the opportunity

The Project Officer will play a central role in coordinating, facilitating and, where appropriate, delivering MFMG projects, activities and trials.

Working closely with the CEO, project partners and farmers, the successful contractor will help deliver high-value research, development, extension and adoption activities across one of Australia’s most productive farming regions.

The role is important to ensuring MFMG continues to be a trusted, collaborative and effective organisation that delivers practical outcomes for cropping and livestock industries.

Expressions of Interest

Expressions of Interest should include:

  • Contact details
  • A current resume
  • An outline of your ability to deliver the objectives and key tasks
  • A proposed budget for each key task and/or an hourly rate
  • Details of any perceived or actual conflicts of interest

Expressions of Interest meeting part of the requirements will also be considered. Applicants should clearly identify the areas of responsibility that align with their skills and experience.
