Murraylands and Riverland Landscape Board Grassroot grant round is now open
Grassroots Grants support communities in the Murraylands and Riverland region to undertake projects and activities that help to build the environmental resilience and sustainability of our region.
If you have an idea to help improve the condition of a local landscape, a Grassroots Grant could help bring it to life. Community groups, individuals and not-for-profit organisations are eligible to apply for funding towards activities such as revegetation, weed control, training activities, citizen science projects, small equipment purchase, environmental surveys and seed funding for community events.
Project ideas must align with the landscape board’s priorities and focus areas outlined in the Regional Landscape Plan.
Applications for 2023-24 Grassroots Grants are now open until 5:00 pm on Tuesday 28 March 2023. For grant guidelines, eligibility criteria and to apply, head to our website.
Grassroots Grants are funded by the Murraylands and Riverland Landscape Board through the landscape levies.
