Lucerne Australia release updated 5-year strategic plan

Lucerne Australia (LA) has released its new five-year strategic plan.

LA was formed in 2005 and is the peak bodyy for the lucerne seed industry in Australia. The organisation aims to incorporate all relevant sectors of the Australian lucerne seed industry and acts in the best interest of the industry.

The 2025-2030 Plan will ensure that Lucerne Australia remains well positioned to lead and enhance a sustainable Australian lucerne seed industry. The five key strategic imperatives include:

• Research, Development & Extension Activities
• Membership & Industry Communication
• Representation of the Lucerne Seed Industry
• Sustainability of Lucerne Australia and the lucerne seed industry
• Skilled experienced and committed people.
