LAST CHANCE to secure tickets for the South Australian Grain Industry Awards
Grain Producers SA is urging growers and industry to get in quick, with tickets for the 2025 South Australian Grain Industry Awards close to selling out ahead of the event at Adelaide Oval on Tuesday, 3 February 2026.
Nearly 400 tickets have already been sold, with limited seats remaining for what is shaping up to be the night of nights for the South Australian grain industry. Ticket sales have already easily eclipsed the 300 sold for the event last year.
The Awards will recognise 24 finalists (including Ag Ex Chair, Leet Wilksch) across six categories, celebrating the leadership, innovation and contribution of grain producers and industry leaders from across the state. Legends of the South Australian grain industry will also be inducted into the Hall of Fame on the night.
Grain Producers SA Chief Executive Officer Brad Perry said the strong response reflected the growing importance of the Awards in telling the story of South Australia’s grain industry.
“This is very much a last call for anyone who wants to be part of the South Australian Grain Industry Awards this year, which is shaping up to once again be a very memorable evening,” Mr Perry said.
“With close to 400 tickets already sold, we’re encouraging people not to leave it to the last minute if they want to be there on the night.”
Mr Perry said the Awards had quickly become a key event on the industry calendar, bringing together growers, families and industry leaders to celebrate success and recognise the people behind the sector.
“We have 24 outstanding finalists across six categories, each with a story that reflects the professionalism, commitment and leadership within our grain regions,” he said.
“These Awards are only in their second year but are already elevating our industry, raising the profile of our sector and recognising the people who are helping shape its future.”
The timing of the event has been designed to make it as accessible as possible for growers, with the Awards held between the GRDC Grains Research Update on 3-4 February, which is free for grain producers to attend.
“By holding the Awards in conjunction with the GRDC Update, we’re giving growers and industry a great opportunity to combine professional development with a night of celebration and networking,” Mr Perry said.“It’s a chance to come together, reflect on the year that’s been, and acknowledge the depth of talent right across South Australia’s grain industry.”
