Executive Officer - Ag Excellence Alliance

Up to 20 hours per week with potential for review and expansion.

Ag Excellence Alliance is seeking an experienced, motivated and forward-thinking Executive Officer to lead one of South Australia’s most respected agricultural networks.

This is a unique opportunity to provide strategic leadership across the broadacre agriculture sector, connecting grower groups, government, research organisations, industry partners and regional communities.

The Executive Officer will guide Ag Ex through its next phase of growth, driving organisational strategy, good governance, stakeholder engagement, project oversight, funding development and advocacy.

We are looking for a collaborative, practical and outcomes-focused leader who can:

• Strengthen South Australia’s grower group network
  • Build trusted partnerships across industry, government and research
  • Support innovation, extension and on-farm practice change
  • Lead and support a capable team of staff and contractors
  • Secure funding and deliver high-quality project outcomes
  • Represent Ag Ex as a respected voice for grower groups

Based in South Australia, this flexible, part-time role includes regular engagement with regional communities and industry networks.
