Strategy and risk management – AgRiSilience masterclass

This workshop is designed for all farming businesses looking to develop their long-term strategy. Risk can be upside risk and downside risk – we will explore how these play into our decision-making and planning. Learn how to manage risk as well as the strategies that can be used to minimise risk. Get involved in practical case study examples that can be applied back in your own business. All sessions are free (including morning tea and lunch). Please register to allow us to plan catering for the event. All sessions commence at 9:00 am.
