Lameroo Easy VRT & Harvest Data – turning insights into action & N Fixation in Pulses Workshop
February 18
Farmers in Lameroo and Surrounds – join us for a targeted workshop designed to boost your farm’s productivity!
Learn how Easy VRT utilises paddock maps and zoning techniques to develop tailored paddock plans for variable fertiliser application in 2025. Including review of 2024 harvest data with Sean Mason and Pete Treloar and what we learned from a dry season.

- Peter Treloar, Precision Ag – Harvest data and support tools to self-identify equipment barriers with VRT technology.
🍽 Followed by lunch and the GRDC ‘Improving N Fixation in Pulses’ workshop
The N Fixation Workshop will help you maximise N fixation in pulses!
Speakers Included:
Dr Liz Farquharson, SARDI researcher
Dr Maarten Ryder, The University of Adelaide, will share their insights on maximising N fixation in pulses and understanding
constraints to legume nodulation. They will cover tips and tricks for optimising inoculation and nodulation considering dry sowing and acid tolerance challenges, rate and approach.
All participants will receive copies of Inoculating Legumes: A Practical Guide and Inoculating legumes: The Back Pocket Guide.
