Hear from researchers on three MFMG Trial Sites currently underway – including the MLA GRDC Legumes in Mixed Farming Rotations project. For this, we’ll be looking at the impact of nitrogen under three treatments of vetch.
We’ll also check the progress of the GRDC Getting the most out of barley in mixed farming systems trial – being led by MFMG Mixed Farming Intern Arabella Hinge, with Adam Hancock, Agronomist, Elders.
Hear from Nathaniel Modra on the progress of canola crops as part of the MFMG SA Drought Hub Improving Crop Establishment in the upper Limestone Coast project.
Owen Rees, Ruminant Productivity Consultant with Total Result Ag Consulting (TRAC), will present on using legumes for animal production.
