Join extension officers, advisors, facilitators, researchers and industry professionals for this interactive two-day workshop with agricultural extension specialist Jeanette Long from Ag Consulting Co.
Drawing on adult learning principles and practical extension experience, this workshop will explore how people learn, what drives behaviour change, and how to design and facilitate engaging learning opportunities that deliver real impact.
Participants will gain practical skills and tools to strengthen their facilitation approach, improve group engagement and create learning environments that support peer-to-peer learning and knowledge adoption.
