Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry launch its Corporate Plan 2024-2025
Our Corporate Plan 2024–25 has just launched.
It sets out our strategic direction and performance goals, and how we intend to deliver against our purpose over the next four years.
The Corporate Plan spells out our key activities and performance measures – the nuts and bolts of what we do – and explains the environment we operate in, how we manage our enterprise risks and how we are strengthening our capabilities through our Integrated Transformation Program.
We are committed to improving the sustainability of agriculture, fisheries and forestry, working with First Nations people, strengthening our capabilities and delivering forward-looking policy advice.
The corporate plan is complemented by our Statement of Strategic Intent, which tells our story with an overarching vision on how we will deliver our work.
Together, they clearly articulate who we are, how we work internally as One DAFF, how we work with our stakeholders and partners, and how, together, we’ll realise our vision.
