SUMMARY:South Australian Grain Industry Awards
DESCRIPTION:The South Australian grain industry is a major economic driver of the State’s economy\, contributing billions of dollars each year to Gross State Product and employing tens of thousands of people on farms\, in regional communities and across the wider industry supply chain. \nDespite the large contribution of our grain producers to the State’s prosperity\, the industry has remained a “quiet achiever”\, and has never had the outlet to properly celebrate both the overall achievement of the industry\, and also those individual grain producers doing outstanding work across South Australia. \nThe inaugural South Australian Grain Industry Awards aim to recognise and celebrate those across the grains industry displaying exceptional work and best practice in a range of categories. \nThe Awards will also see the establishment of the “SA Grain Industry Hall of Fame” to recognise the outstanding contributions legends have made to the South Australian Grain Industry\, with the 2025 Awards to feature the first intake into the Hall of Fame.
